Have you ever been curious about the conservation efforts taking Place at The Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve? From mapping invasive plants to monitoring endangered fish populations, this walking tour will bring you up close and personal with the important research being done at the Reserve. Our summer Biology students, Kassa and Abbey, will share their experiences managing Yellow Flag Iris, American Bullfrogs, Screech Owls, and other species. In addition, you will learn about future projects and how you can get involved in local environmental initiatives.
